中国电信天翼云3.0武汉节点开建

3月15日，中国电信天翼云3.0武汉节点正式在武汉电信江夏机房启动建设，标志着武汉电信大型数据中心新型基础设施建设正加快推进。

中国电信集团天翼云3.0武汉节点，规划计算能力为vCPU 20万核，首批高密机柜300架，配套双回路外供电、等保三级等安全措施，保证机房安全可靠运行。该数据中心建成后，将提供包括SaaS、IaaS、PaaS在内的云服务，配合中国电信政企云专线，极大提高对政企客户的公、私、专、混云服务水平。

2月中下旬开始，武汉电信组织各工程服务企业，在确保员工安全健康的基础上，率先在5G、云网（大数据中心）、省际干线光缆等重点项目方面启动复工建设。其中，天翼云3.0武汉节点位于江夏区分公司机楼，目前为一路市电，须进行第二路电力引入。2月下旬开始，武汉电信网建部组织相关单位，多次召开视频会议，并克服重重困难，完成现场踏勘、交点，督促完成设备的备货、到货工作。

自3月上旬以来，针对该项目设计、图审、开工及通道占用等手续无法办理，设备材料无法运送到施工点，施工人员返乡后无法返汉等问题，武汉电信副总经理史军带领网建部、江夏区分公司负责人，积极协调交管局、城管局、供电局等部门，加快项目建设。根据进度，预计4月底可完成外供电高低压扩容改造；6月底前可完成集团天翼云3.0项目落地。

Tianyi cloud 3.0 Wuhan node of China Telecom Group has a planned computing capacity of 200000 cores of vcpu, 300 high-density cabinets in the first batch, and equipped with three-level security measures, such as dual circuit external power supply, etc., to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the computer room. After the completion of the data center, it will provide cloud services including SaaS, IAAs and PAAS, and cooperate with China Telecom's cloud special line for government enterprises to greatly improve the public, private, professional and hybrid cloud services for government enterprise customers.

Since the end of February, Wuhan Telecom has organized various engineering service enterprises to take the lead in the resumption of construction of 5g, cloud network (big data center), provincial trunk cable and other key projects on the basis of ensuring the safety and health of employees. Among them, tianyiyun 3.0 Wuhan node is located in the machine building of Jiangxia sub branch company. Currently, it is the first line of municipal power, and the second line of power must be introduced. Since late February, Wuhan Telecom Network Construction Department has organized relevant units to hold video conferences for many times, overcome many difficulties, complete site survey and intersection, and urge the completion of equipment preparation and arrival.

Since the first ten days of March, in view of the problems such as the design, drawing review, commencement and channel occupation of the project can not be handled, the equipment and materials can not be delivered to the construction site, and the construction personnel can not return to Han after returning home, Shi Jun, deputy general manager of Wuhan Telecom, led the network construction department and the person in charge of Jiangxia branch company, actively coordinated the Traffic Management Bureau, Urban Management Bureau, power supply bureau and other departments to accelerate the project construction. According to the progress, it is expected that the expansion and transformation of high and low voltage external power supply will be completed by the end of April; and the group Tianyi cloud 3.0 project will be completed by the end of June.
