最近购买hostwinds主机和VPS的用户很多，每天都有不少用户咨询老杨，总结了一下问题，大致为以下几点：购买后开通的VPS就无法连接这个问题很好检查，本机电脑Ping VPS IP

如果IP在国内不通，显示会请求超时，正常情况下显示如下：

或是站长工具检查，网址：http://ping.chinaz.com/，如果国内无法使用的话，下图基本会全红，而国外节点显示是通的，IP能正常使用，正常情况显示如下：

使用中的VPS突然无法连接原来可以正常使用的VPS，突然之间不能使用，可以通过上面的方法，先检查IP是否正常。如果IP正常，请重装5s工具，或更换端口。IP被Q怎么办？通过上面的操作，我们基本能够明确问题出在哪里。如果IP确实检测被Q怎么办呢？无需担心，hostwinds的IP池非常大，提供免费更换IP功能。但这也需要一定运气，建议更换IP最好在早上或者凌晨换，因为美国在中国时间晚上上班，所以他们上班后才会把前一天被墙的IP隔离掉。这样成功率会高一些。步骤如下所示：
