助力抗击疫情、加速复工复产 中国电信与光大集团战略合作云签约

3月12日，中国电信集团有限公司（以下简称中国电信）与中国光大集团股份公司（以下简称光大集团）在北京各自集团总部，通过云视频会议方式，签署战略合作协议。中国电信董事长柯瑞文、总经理李正茂、党组副书记邵广禄，光大集团董事长李晓鹏、总经理吴利军、副总经理付万军出席签约仪式。中国电信党组副书记邵广禄、光大集团副总经理付万军代表双方，通过云视频签约方式签署战略合作协议。

中国电信和光大集团作为大型国有企业，将发挥各自专业领域的资源和优势，通过高效、务实、创新的合作模式，促进资源共享、优势互补、互利互惠，构建稳固、可持续的战略合作伙伴关系，实现共同发展。双方此次战略合作签约，顺应信息化发展潮流，抓住数字中国建设的新机遇，为双方高质量发展起到重要的推动与促进作用。

双方一致认为，在综合金融服务、产业创新、科技创新、国际业务、个人综合服务等方面进行深入合作。中国电信在科技创新合作方面将通过5G+AIOT技术、云网融合能力、大数据分析、全光网网络、人工智能等科技能力支持光大集团创新科技、数字化转型，信息化升级。

新冠肺炎疫情发生以来，中国电信全面贯彻习近平总书记关于新冠肺炎疫情防控工作的系列重要讲话和指示精神，切实履行央企责任，快速行动抗击疫情，保障通信畅通。运用5G、云计算、大数据等新技术，高效开发云网融合信息化产品服务疫情防控，以及组织对全国医疗机构抗疫重保、助力社会复工复产。中国电信与光大集团技术团队有效对接，通过5G网络、天翼云视频会议、天翼云盘进行云端签约，同时通过天翼商务直播平台全程发布网络直播，创新签约模式，是积极助力抗击疫情、复工复产的具体行动。
