美国防部将重新考虑与微软云计算合同部分内容

3月13日下午消息，据路透社，本周四公布的法庭文件显示，美国国防部正在寻求法庭许可，重新考虑其向微软公司授予100亿美元云计算合同决策的某些内容。

上个月，美国一名法官批准了亚马逊公司的请求，该公司要求暂停国防部和微软正在推进的100亿美元云计算合同。亚马逊曾表示，这笔交易受到了唐纳德·特朗普总统的不正当影响。

美国国防部在周四晚些时候提交给美国联邦法院的一份文件中称，美国政府的律师已经要求一名联邦法官给予五角大楼“120天的时间，来重新考虑被质疑的机构裁决的某些内容”。

该文件称：“国防部不打算与要约人进行讨论，也不打算接受对招标的任何方面（价格方案除外）的提案修订。”

五角大楼还表示，希望重新评估竞标者的部分价格建议和在线市场情况。

亚马逊云计算部门的一位发言人在一份电子邮件声明中说：“我们感到很高兴，国防部已经承认影响到JEDI裁决的‘实质性和合法性’问题，并且他们必须采取纠正措施。”

这家电子商务巨头声称，特朗普施加了“不正当压力”和偏见，导致国防部将联合企业防御基础设施（JEDI）的云服务合同授予微软。

On the afternoon of March 13, according to Reuters, court documents released on Thursday showed that the U.S. Department of defense is seeking court permission to reconsider some aspects of its decision to award Microsoft a $10 billion cloud computing contract.

Last month, a U.S. judge approved Amazon's request to suspend the $10 billion cloud computing contract that the defense department and Microsoft are advancing. Amazon has said the deal was unfairly influenced by President Donald Trump.

U.S. government lawyers have asked a federal judge to give the Pentagon "120 days to reconsider certain elements of the agency's ruling in question," the Defense Department said in a document filed with the federal court late Thursday.

"The DOD does not intend to discuss with the offeror, nor does it intend to accept a proposed amendment to any aspect of the tender (other than the price proposal)," the document said

The Pentagon also said it wanted to reassess some of the bidders' price proposals and online market conditions.

A spokesman for Amazon's cloud computing Department said in an email statement: "we are pleased that the Department of defense has acknowledged the 'substantive and legal' issues affecting the Jedi ruling and that they must take corrective action."

The e-commerce giant claimed that Trump's "undue pressure" and bias had led the Department of defense to award Microsoft a cloud services contract for joint enterprise defense infrastructure (Jedi).

Mark esper, the US Defense Secretary, had previously denied bias, saying the Pentagon had made a fair and free choice without external influence. Extended reading:
